Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use coelestium.space, subscribe to the Coelestium newsletter or buy Coelestium Premium. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Coelestium publishes space news articles, a launch calendar and email newsletters. Today’s articles, the launch calendar and the weekly newsletter are free. Premium adds the full archive of past articles, archive search and a daily newsletter.

Premium subscriptions and billing

• Premium is billed monthly ($5.99 a month) or yearly ($57.50 a year), in US dollars, through our payment processor, Stripe. Coelestium never sees or stores your card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future charges; Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email coelestium.space@gmail.com and we will look at it.
• If we change the price, we will tell subscribers by email before the change applies to their next renewal.

Your account

Premium uses your email address to sign you in with a one-time link. Keep access to that email private; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One subscription is for one person.

Our content

Every article is checked against its sources, and an editor approves each one before it is published (see About). We work to be accurate, but news changes quickly and launch schedules change often. The site is for general information; do not rely on it for safety, financial or legal decisions.

The articles and the site’s design belong to Coelestium. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Do not republish whole articles, or copy the site in bulk, without our permission. Pictures belong to their credited owners and are used under the licenses shown with them.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break into the site, get around the Premium paywall, overload it with automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does.

Other sites

We link to source material, launch streams and other sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Coelestium is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters for subscribers, we will email them before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
